I Built My Gaming PC

My first PC was a 1.6 MHz Celeron based device. I bought it mainly to play games like NFS, and to watch some movies. It performed wonderfully initially but as the years went by, and new games, that demanded higher PC configuration, were launched, it failed miserably. I decided to choose one of the high performance gaming computers that were available in the market for myself and had nearly zeroed in on a computer brand, when one of my friends recommended me to go for a ‘Do It Yourself’ PC. At first I backed off, but later on thought that it was not only saving me good money but also providing me the configuration that I preferred and decided to go ahead with the project.
As soon as I got the kit, I gazed at the user’s manual. To my shock, I wasn’t able to make out anything out of the words written there. I searched on the web and fortunately stumbled upon a site that provided all the details on how to assemble a PC from scratch. Everything was written in layman’s English and was very easy to comprehend. All I had to arm myself with was a screwdriver. With the help of illustration and multiple angle images I was able to build my own gaming computer. Now I know my PC in and out. Not only this site gave me joy of assembling my PC but also a satisfaction that if anything goes wrong with PC in future, I can fix it.
As far as gaming is concerned, I have just finished NFS Pro Street, eighth time
