Step 2 : Click Submit and then follow the instructions , a password and a simple captcha will follow , fill in the details and then Click Okay. See the screen below
When you click okay , you will receive an email stating that your account will be deleted in 14 days. During these fourteen days DO NOT
- DO NOT Login into your Facebook Account
- DO NOT click Facebook share button
- DO NOT use Facebook connect to login or signup.
If you do all of these correctly, then after 14 days your account will be inaccessible and your posts, comments etc will be deleted.
How to Deactivate your Facebook Account ?
Due to some privacy issues you might not want to have your Facebook account for some days or months then the deactivate feature comes in handy as it deactivating your account will only temporarily make your Facebook profile inaccessible. You can reactivate it as per your convenience as well.
