Then only you would be able to get more information about the college.

@Chief Editor and the rest,
Kindly avoid RBS at all costs. It’s run by a bunch of frauds. They had started an Engineering College, Rai University, in Bangalore. I joined there. After 1 yr, by SC’s order, it was shut down. They were given some remeidal solutions but the management didnt acccept that. Los tmy 2 yeards there.
RBS, NIILM, IILM all are run by the same bunch of guys. Avoid all of these. A humble request.
Cheers,
Sumit

@noma, RVCE is a good college but they demand quite a bit of money as capitation fees. When I was in Bangalore they demanded Rs 3 Lakhs as capitation fees for MCA and it was year 2007. They must be demanding more now.
About placements, they gave placements but it all depends upon your caliber to bargain and studies as well.

@Mango,
TJohn : Really not heard of that college. Sitting in a different place and telling about placements is not the right thing. You need to visit the college and meet the senior students to get the real deal about the college.
Our College (which we did MBA) did advertise about full placements but we know what actual reality was. So I would advise you to personally visit the college.

Ravi Reply:

@anish,
Anish, IBA is good College but do you Know AICTE approval is needed for MBA and degree courses. Even IIPM is not approved by AICTE then also the students get placements and very good placements.
The placement issue depends on what your Training and Placement Officer and College can do for you.

hey guys please help me out ….i’ve got a MAT percentile of just around 50 and i’m willing to pursue mba from bangalore from some institute where the placements are decent enough. aicte approval and MQ [not exceptionally big amount] does not matter for me. i just want a decent and good college. pls email me at – itsnotmytime@rediffmail.com

@Mango,
Hey, Management Quota is available in each and every college, some have 10 others have 30. Your MAT percentile does not matter if you take Admission in MQ. MAT score just serves your ticket to institution so that they do not get into any problem.

Hey Ajeet,
When I personally visited Acharya way back in 2008, it was expanding but the building , infrastructure was good. Teachers were good enough. There were students from all corners of India in Acharya and even foreign students were there.
Now the position has changed, Acharya B School is probably one of the Good B Schools in Bangalore and gradually increasing in rankings as well.
