First step is always the most difficult one. Starting off a new business venture asks for large sums of money and most of the people who dream about it can’t afford it. Taking a loan seems to be a great idea to arrange some capital but the procedure involved is so long that it is better not thought of. I had similar problems when I decided to start my bookstore. I had the perfect location and a wonderful business plan. I tried getting a loan from different banks, but even after my great credit history, no bank was ready to provide loan for such a large amount.
After wasting about a year in the entire process I decided to search for lenders who could give me loans based on my credit history alone and what better way than internet to begin with. I searched and came across a site EZUnsecured.com that are experts in providing Small Business Loans through a network of different lenders. After going through the requirements I called them up and applied for the loan through them. The process was so swift that my loans was approved within a week. It was very simple and easy, I had hardly any documents to submit and all this without collateral. I am just amazed by their service. 6 days was all it took to give me the loan, I had waited an entire year for.
My book store is up and running great now. I have already paid back two thirds of my loan and would be paying the rest even quicker.

Starting a new business is one thing, making it a success and sustaining is quite another. Sales drive businesses, but they don’t come easy. Generally sales are directly proportional to the marketing efforts, but random marketing doesn’t help. Most of random marketing efforts not only waste valuable resources, but there is also a risk of losing potential consumers.
To generate effective sales, most of the companies use services of lead development companies like Lead Dogs, who after extensive research provide companies with quality sales leads or database of potential buyers. This ensures that all the marketing efforts are targeted and therefore result in higher sales and higher profit margins. Lead dogs are the experts in this field which is evident by their huge clientele list which include giants like Microsoft, Adobe, Shell and many others.

One of the most important criterion that search engines use to judge a website is link popularity. Link popularity is the number of inbound links to a particular site. Greater the number of links, greater will be the search engine rankings and hence greater would be the traffic. One of the noble ways to increase link popularity is site submission to web directories. However either most of the directories are not well optimized or charge money for link submission. I prefer staying away from these fraudulent web directories.
A well organized directory is not very common, but still there are few of them there. One of them is dirmania.org. It is a free directory and is search engine friendly. Most of the links are approved within 24 hours of submission. It has a Page rank of 3, which only adds another reason to submit a site there. Best part is that they only accept quality sites, so you can be rest assured of staying away from spam yard and being listed in search engine results. That’s why I have already submitted all of my sites there

I was always good at sports. I was better than anybody in my school in discuss throw, shot-put, volleyball, races and cricket. That’s why you will see my house full of trophies of various events.
If I count them all they would be around 46 of them, most of them for first position.
I am particularly good at cricket. As a normal all-rounder I can bowl, bat, field and even keep wickets with near perfection. I was the captain of my school team and won three interschool championships for them. The only match I lost was against the Navodaya Vidyalaya. We were supposed to chase 104 runs in 15 overs, not a big target by our standards, but everything went wrong that day. I decided not to open and give chance to my younger batsman but it was no longer than 3rd over and we were struggling at 10 for loss of 4 wickets. I went in there and faced a few deliveries to settle in. On the last bowl of the over I placed the bowl in between two fielders. It would have been an easy single and a difficult two. I decided to take a single but my partner had different views. I don’t know what was he thinking but he ran the second run with bowl in the hand of the fielder. I obliged and paid the price and was run out. Our team was all out at score of 24 runs and we lost by 79 runs.
After that we grouped back as a team and had our plans going. We defeated the same team in the finals to win the championship. That was a special feeling.

When we first started blogging, 5 months back, we never thought of making money out of it. It was a passion and passion indeed which brought this blog to this stage where we can guide our readers to differentiate between good and great. Until now we were mostly raising important current issues with a bit of added humor but now, we feel its time to move on.
We were looking at ways to monetize this blog and guess what, we have found one. One of our friends introduced us to this wonderful opportunity. We have signed up at payperpost and we would be writing sponsored articles from now on.Payperpost is the most renowned medium that connects bloggers with the advertisers. It has literally redefined blog marketing. What we like about payperpost is that, it has provided thousands of bloggers with opportunity to generate some extra revenue from their blogs. This would be a new start for us. The extra money generated from this would be poured into maintaining all three of our blogs and further improving their quality. Hope we make this start into a successful career. (more…)

So much awaited PR update is over, and with it starts another two to three month wait for the next one. It is like a test for most of the bloggers, and no matter how fine the blogger has done in phase between the two updates, he is never sure of the results and that’s what makes it cunningly exciting. Some bloggers are happy with the update, some are satisfied and some of them can be found giving Google tips on how to go about a PR update. These are the bloggers whose sites have been degraded in the PR update.
For us, it was nothing less than a opportunity to party. As you all know, we own three different sites, a general blog apart from this one and a web directory. These sites were having PR 3, 2 and 1 since the last update. We had it in mind to experiment with the whole PR thing, so we decided to implement two different strategies, one for each site. We went for quality, in content, link for wlug, and we stayed away from tons of worthless links from sites of different niche.
On the other hand we tried out quantity for rocking future, developing lots of links even from sites which had nothing on them. This yielded us over 1000 back links and some confidence going into this PR update.
Well the results were out today and we are pretty happy about how things have gone. We have achieved PR 4 for wlug and PR3 for rocking future while we have got our web directory to a decent PR3. Soon we would be taking some dollars for link submission in the directory.
Well it’s time to analyze our strategies and to form new ones for the next update. It’s easier to go from PR 1 to PR3, at least easier than upgrading from PR 3 to PR 4. But time and money spent in obtaining quality links is quite large while you hardly have to spend any time in the quantity link. You can get thousands of them for hardly 30 odd dollars. Now let’s cut it short. After long analysis we have come to the solution that while on one hand we would continue to look for quality, in content, links we would also try links in quantity for both of our sites and hope we would go a step higher in the next update.

I know most of you envy watching Rossi and Stoner race at speeds of over 250 kmph. Race is full of thrill and excitement and is a pure adrenalin rush for both the racer and the fan that is attending the race at the track side as a spectator.
These races are take place at purpose built tracks which allows racers to achieve speeds as high as 320 kmph on tracks like Monza.
But have you ever thought about a bike race at the speed of 10 kmph. No its not a race in which the person who comes last wins. It is bike racing on loose sand and loose gravel. I and my friends do it on alternate weekends. The place where this race takes place is about 65 km from our town. We are a group of 8 people and we drive our bikes to the place. None of the bikes have been modified so that no one gets any kind of advantage. We race 2 laps of 200 m each on the track and the winner takes home 200$ as the prize money. This money is purely contributed by us.
We do this for excitement and believe me it is in no way less than excitement gained by racing at higher speeds. The excitement levels are highest at the start and finish line. We have to accelerate very carefully so that we get linear motion out of our tires and not only rotational motion. Most of us dig big holes before moving an inch. In the middle part of race, it gets really hard to control the bike as it begins to move at its own will, rarely in the direction the rider wants it to go. It is great fun to drive a bike like this. It requires some skill and bit of luck to win a race on loose soil. I have won 2 races till now and I hope this weekend I can add another victory to this tally.

Cricket these days is getting shorter and shorter just like modern dresses. We started with 6 day test matches, moved on to 5 day test matches, then on to 50over cricket and now we stand at 20-20 matches. Going by this if we were asked to guess the type of cricket that would be played 15 years from now we would say probably the match would end at toss itself. The captain who wins the toss will be declared the winner of the match and the cricket would be called as toss-toss or zero-zero cricket. This would also ensure that cricket makes it to Olympics and other major events. Also it would ensure that every team has equal opportunity to win.
But that’s probably way ahead in future. In present we are observing huge changes in the acceptance of results. We have already seen people hitting team mates with cricket bat and we are seeing people slapping there national team pals. Whatever is happening is purely ridiculous, unprofessional and needs to be sorted out pretty quickly. Not only this the hype that media builds around tournaments like IPL has to taken under some constraints.
Yes there is always some friction between players I matches and only increases with the pressure of performance. The pressure is greater still when you have been hit out of national team’s captaincy and you get a chance to prove yourself as one. Above all one has to understand that if a dead cricket field can have boundaries why peoples that are indulged in the game can’t have boundaries for their personal behavior.

Got a new stand for my laptop. It is just a bit tilted and has fans in it to throw hot air.
Previously the laptop was on parallel surface and as such there I thought it wasn’t good enough to meet the cooling needs that a laptop requires or deserves. Come on every thing in laptop is so closely packed that there is hardly a part in lappi that doesn’t cry for optimum temperature. You can’t have an ac every where and I don’t have it at my home. So the stand was necessary and I bought it cost me $ 9 so it wasn’t heavy on pocket as well.
I think it was a wise decision on my part in order to increase the life of my laptop. I would suggest all my readers to go for this stand because laptops are normally made to things that they are really not supposed to and as a result the get over heated . They should get some relief as well. They are not supposed to work for the durations that humans work for. at least I don’t think so .
So try and give your laptop a new life or at least think about it .
