We are in 21st century and seeing the rate at which technology has developed in the recent years it seems that it won’t be long before machines start replacing us humans at every step of life, somewhat similar to what was shown in Terminator movie:The rise of Machines.
Human would make machine so powerful that they would be capable of thinking for themselves and then later machines would take over human race as some dictator would do.
We would then find ourselves in the same position as we were 2000 years back hunting animals and eating grasses, sacred of big animals for our life. However the difference this time would be that we will be scared of machines and not animals. We would be absolutely helpless and won’t be able to do anything because when this time comes we would actually be so dependent on machines that we would find waking up as hard as job as breaking a rock.
To avoid such a situation I think humans should focus more on machines that could be run purely on mechanical power and not require any electrical power as it is highly unlikely that a machine with absolute functionality as mechanical power would be able to hurt any of humans

I know most of you envy watching Rossi and Stoner race at speeds of over 250 kmph. Race is full of thrill and excitement and is a pure adrenalin rush for both the racer and the fan that is attending the race at the track side as a spectator.
These races are take place at purpose built tracks which allows racers to achieve speeds as high as 320 kmph on tracks like Monza.
But have you ever thought about a bike race at the speed of 10 kmph. No its not a race in which the person who comes last wins. It is bike racing on loose sand and loose gravel. I and my friends do it on alternate weekends. The place where this race takes place is about 65 km from our town. We are a group of 8 people and we drive our bikes to the place. None of the bikes have been modified so that no one gets any kind of advantage. We race 2 laps of 200 m each on the track and the winner takes home 200$ as the prize money. This money is purely contributed by us.
We do this for excitement and believe me it is in no way less than excitement gained by racing at higher speeds. The excitement levels are highest at the start and finish line. We have to accelerate very carefully so that we get linear motion out of our tires and not only rotational motion. Most of us dig big holes before moving an inch. In the middle part of race, it gets really hard to control the bike as it begins to move at its own will, rarely in the direction the rider wants it to go. It is great fun to drive a bike like this. It requires some skill and bit of luck to win a race on loose soil. I have won 2 races till now and I hope this weekend I can add another victory to this tally.

Cricket these days is getting shorter and shorter just like modern dresses. We started with 6 day test matches, moved on to 5 day test matches, then on to 50over cricket and now we stand at 20-20 matches. Going by this if we were asked to guess the type of cricket that would be played 15 years from now we would say probably the match would end at toss itself. The captain who wins the toss will be declared the winner of the match and the cricket would be called as toss-toss or zero-zero cricket. This would also ensure that cricket makes it to Olympics and other major events. Also it would ensure that every team has equal opportunity to win.
But that’s probably way ahead in future. In present we are observing huge changes in the acceptance of results. We have already seen people hitting team mates with cricket bat and we are seeing people slapping there national team pals. Whatever is happening is purely ridiculous, unprofessional and needs to be sorted out pretty quickly. Not only this the hype that media builds around tournaments like IPL has to taken under some constraints.
Yes there is always some friction between players I matches and only increases with the pressure of performance. The pressure is greater still when you have been hit out of national team’s captaincy and you get a chance to prove yourself as one. Above all one has to understand that if a dead cricket field can have boundaries why peoples that are indulged in the game can’t have boundaries for their personal behavior.

Got a new stand for my laptop. It is just a bit tilted and has fans in it to throw hot air.
Previously the laptop was on parallel surface and as such there I thought it wasn’t good enough to meet the cooling needs that a laptop requires or deserves. Come on every thing in laptop is so closely packed that there is hardly a part in lappi that doesn’t cry for optimum temperature. You can’t have an ac every where and I don’t have it at my home. So the stand was necessary and I bought it cost me $ 9 so it wasn’t heavy on pocket as well.
I think it was a wise decision on my part in order to increase the life of my laptop. I would suggest all my readers to go for this stand because laptops are normally made to things that they are really not supposed to and as a result the get over heated . They should get some relief as well. They are not supposed to work for the durations that humans work for. at least I don’t think so .
So try and give your laptop a new life or at least think about it .

Times have changed and how dramatically they have. the world of relationship is no longer dominated by man but it is women that are realizing their actual worth. The women have absolutely no moral pressure to stay in a relationship just because it is virtuous. Today’s women have a separate identity and it is not dependent on the man they are with. They prefer dumping rather than being dumped. The media is full of this kind of news. Be it Yuvraj, be it Shahid or Salman, all have been dumped by women. Things have somehow changed when nobody was looking. Women have started to have a say in relationship. According to them their career, goals are of prime importance
Some days back when Raima Sen was seen with Yuvraj sing and asked about it she said that just because someone wants to write about her she will not stop being friends with someone but for dating and relationship it will have to give her some space to my career and goals otherwise would be more happy in ending the relationship.
See everything in the world has a cycle be it water which evaporates, condenses and rains or be it the social cycle which goes from feudal phase to traditional phase to modern phase. Some women have gone to extent saying that after a certain point of time a man no longer remains the top priority. So men better be careful and start respecting women.

Blogging as a career is good for every one who can endure hardship in the beginning. I started off my career with absolutely nothing to invest in new blog. I started a new blog with Wordpress.org, obviously for free, worked on it for about 3 months, developed links and then submitted it to smorty and payperpost. My blog was a pr3 then and I started earning somewhere around 400-500 dollars a month within 3 months of my start. During this time that is first 3 months I had real hard time convincing my parents that there is a lot to be done in this field as I had no proof to show any source of income. To overcome this difficulty
I signed up at digital point forums and started looking for opportunities from bloggers. I began content writing at 10 cents per word and forum posting at a similar rate. Working about 14-15 hours a day I usually earned about 5-6 dollars a day. That is by no means huge money but it was just enough to convince my parents to allow me blossom my career in blogging.
Now 24 months since I started my first blog I think I have come a long way ahead, now I have a pr5 and two pr3 websites out of which I earn enough to lead a satisfying life. I have nearly everything I ever wanted to have.
Now I think its right time to invest in some more blogs and transfer earning opportunities to prospective bloggers. I would be expanding our little 3 blog group into 10-15 blog group, each blog dedicated to a different niche catering to the needs of readers and advertisers alike. This would open a new window for us to earn and we would also be able to generate some employment.
Hope this little experience of mine would guide some of the people who see a career ahead in this field.

After long hours of study, going through and understanding holy books like Mahabharata, Upanishads, Purans and Ramayana , saints have preached the conclusion that helping poor, patients , injured , needy and illiterate people in any which way possible is the best thing one can possibly do. But humans are so indulged in the practicality of life, the future of their siblings they tend to overlook people who are not as fortunate as they are. If we don’t have feelings of mercy, kindness, a soft corner in our heart for these people then all our education, capital stature has no value.
Not helping others in the maximum possible manner is disrespect to GOD present within us. Going through one of the religious books I found out this line which is supposed to be said by GOD in his earthly birth –“My only wish is that sufferings of the poor lessens”. The point is that we should understand our duty towards poor. Before feeding ourselves we should think about them and we should try and help them wholeheartedly. If we are not blessed enough to help them then we should at least pray for their safety and well being.
A nation or a state cannot progress if there is poverty, lack of food, illiteracy spread either sporadically or epidemically. We can’t turn ourselves away from the poor just by saying that it is their fate they should suffer. This is best way we can enjoy the blessings of GOD.

People like me that work on computers for long hours often complain of eye strain. It was because of this eye strain that I decided to go for a new face for my computer. Yes I sold my old CRT monitor and bought a new LCD TFT monitor for my computer display. I have bought Acer AL1916W 19 inch wide screen monitor for my usage.
I can observe irritation level in my eyes going down dramatically. I wish I would have made this decision earlier. There are two reasons for this observation; firstly LCD monitors do not release harmful rays/radiations that CRT monitors are known for. This is the exact reason why people were advised not sit in front of computers for longer duration.
Secondly since this monitors are ultra thin they hardly occupy any space on your computer table and thus increase the distance between the eyes and monitor thus automatically reducing any chances of eye straining. This increases the duration for which one can sit in front of the computer and also increase the efficiency of work done.
The most important thing that propelled my decision towards buying a LCD monitor is the beauty of LCD monitor. It just makes your house look complete and somewhere I think it also enhances the performance of computer, may be my CPU likes to have beautiful monitor helping him out.

I have been saving bits and pieces of money all year long to buy a mobile phone. Now it is time to collect all savings and get one mobile phone for me. I have about $ 500 in total, yeah that might not seem lot of money for about a year of saving but anyways that’s all I have. I have decided to buy Nokia N73 music edition phone.
I have great affection for N series phones just because they are functionally way ahead than other phones with similar pricing and features. The phone works on a Symbian 60 version 4 software base which is considered to the best mobile software till date. It has a 3.2 mega pixel Carl Zeus lens which takes great snaps in daylight and decent snaps in poor light condition. It also has a front VGA camera which can be used for video calls. Special feature of this phone is that it supports call conferencing so three persons can converse at a time.
The black color just adds to the beauty of this designer phone. The phone has a large LCD screen and 262k colors. I am buying the music edition phone so I am getting a multi option headphone, I can use phone as a music system and connect it with speakers via cable or Bluetooth to get great sound quality music. Phone also has all the normal features like alarm, wap, Alarm, Calendar, Calculator, TO-DO, Converter, Notes etc.
Only con that I came across while inquiring about this phone and using it was its joystick. It would have been nicer if they could have provided navigational keys rather than a joystick. But come on who cares for a dm joystick I am going to have the most advanced phone in my class. I just can’t wait to get my hands on it.
