Logic Required

Tuesday, May 6th, 2008

As I mentioned in my earlier posts that it was logic and logic alone that used to drive me through anything, it even does the same today. As a result I was never a great fan of subjects that were really run by chance and experiments which were supposed to yield something and finally ended up yielding something else. Serendipity, they used to call it, and it meant discovery by chance. We have discovered practically everything by chance, be it fire be it penicillin, then why in the hell students are supposed to go through dossier of documents that how the discovery actually took place. Why don’t you let students discover something by chance like I discovered long hours of sleep help you add weight, and lots of it. You can’t rediscover a thing by going through the same procedure by which it was discovered earlier.

I believe that nature is the best example of logic. Why can’t you learn it from her? You have oceans, rivers, seas, forests and land. If nature would have been busy in rediscovering any of these we would have been way behind from where we are at the moment. Everything you do has to have a purpose, and that was I missed in the school. It was purpose less application on random objects that I hated the most.

Fortune Should Favor The Coward

Tuesday, April 29th, 2008

Come on, how illogical it sounds, fortune favors the brave. Why would a brave person need the helping hand of fortune to carry him through? He is brave enough to create a path for himself and go ahead. What should actually happen is that fortune should favor the coward. A coward is a coward and therefore needs the help of fortune to survive, let alone pass anything.
Why not try this formula on a story that just came to my mind. There were two friends, one brave and obviously other one coward. One fine day they decide to go to city from their village to buy some food items. They take their car with them, and since they have to pass through jungle and it can get dangerous so they carry their guns with them as well. On their way to city they had to go to answer nature’s call so they both get off and lighten themselves at some distance from the car. When they are done with it and return to car they see two lions guarding the doors of the car. They take their guns out and aim at the lions. The coward by nature is really afraid and can’t unlock the trigger of the gun while brave person does everything right and is ready to fire.
Ok so this was the story. Since we do not endorse killing of either humans or animals we won’t continue the story any further. Now it’s upon you to decide who should fortune favor, the brave or the coward. A brave person behaves well in crunch or deciding moments and doesn’t need backing of fortune while cowards are famous to panic in these situations and end up on the losing side and therefore fortune should favor the coward.

Racing in my veins

Today I got my hands on NFS most waned, yes a bit late one would say but then again I was looking for something that I wouldn’t have to pay for. My friend bought it last week and so I had my chance to play and I didn’t’ wait a moment to confirm after he offered me the game.need-for-speed-most-wanted.jpg

Well talking about the game, it is a dam good game, the entire story is build around a guy who is new into the city and I driving a BMW, the best in town and the people that do illegal races have an eye on it so they challenge this guy to race against them and he happily agrees but bad guys as usual don’t keep it fair and puncture his engine oil valve so his looses the race midway as his car is damaged and stops.

He is captured by the police and his recent girlfriend Mia gets him out of there and tells him about how to get his ride back. She tells him that the racers have arranged themselves in order of driving capabilities, obviously decided after the races, called as black list and there are 15 of them in that list …….

Boating in the sun

Thursday, January 3rd, 2008

I was reading an article on a famous article site , where I came to know about the fact that when you get in to trouble , you need to save some money at first buy something to get yourself out of trouble incase the trouble comes…. Gosh ! what has boating to do with trouble , and my answer would be when you boat a lot in the open sea , you would never want to get busted out because of your batteries , what the author of that article was trying to say and I can guess that from the affirmative voice of the writing.

When you have to spend $2000 on a particular thing which is quite nice ( In my opinion ) but imagine some person has boat , speeding boat but do not have that creepy dollars to spend as of now so what should be done by him , either he/she should not go for boating or he should purchase that shitty $2000 thing in case of an emergency as the author describes. So what , you have be prepared while the so called trouble can come your way anytime.. Good luck
