If you have recently upgraded to WP 2.8, chances are that your Wordpress Visual Editor may not showing up at all.
In most of the cases all the tools in the HTML editor are working absolutely fine but visual editor is almost dead or it is first appearing as blank screen and then as copy of HTML editor.
There is no definite fix for this but here is the trick that has worked for most of the people.
- Deactivate all installed plugins especially WP Super Cache plugin.
- In your Wordpress Admin Panel Go to Tools > Upgrade and click Re install Automatically.
- Clear your browser cache and re load the Visual Editor.
This should fix Wordpress Visual Editor Not Showing up Problems in WP 2.8

yes, this is one option to fix the issue. This don’t work for me because the re-install option seem to be freezed at “unpacking..” point. Other people have the classic “Fatal error memory allowed”…
Well, few minutes ago i’ve found my solution,..it was re-install worpdress manually, reuploading just “wp-admin” and “wp-includes” folders to my host and clearing firefox/IE/safari/crhome cache
adeux !
