The other day I and my friend were discussing about the versions of Wordpress CMS. He was saying that Wordpress 2.2 was the best version he as ever used. He said that it had the best looks (maybe he needs specks) and best features (I never understood this point of his) and the best user interface (correct but only 40%). I told him that everything has to better itself so that the bad guys do not ruin it.
There were so many hack going on that version that WP team had to upgrade it (they would have upgraded it anyways though). Now the brand new version of Wordpress, the WP 2.6 is loaded with hell lot of safety features which are only for good. There is no data but who know how many blogs has WP2.6 saved from being hacked.
I think he got my point anyways, but didn’t upgrade to 2.6 (maybe I need to hack his blog then he would upgrade it)
