Twitter has been founded way back in 2005 and has progressed since then. About a year ago twitter users had their one billionth tweet and about four months back twitter users tweeted 5 billion tweets using different applications or using twitter itself.  Within one more day Twitter will reach another milestone and that is 10 Billion tweets.

Recently twitter announced about 50 million tweets per day from it’s analytics section.  As I continue to write this post, the tweets have risen from 9 billion 921 million to  9billion 922 million tweets, as you can see in the image , in about 4 hours from now Twitter will cross 9 billion 930 million tweets by its users. According to the image the 10 billionth tweet, will be done in less than 1 day and 14 hours, this will be a great achievement for twitter and for its users as well.
